It’s a little crazy to see the non-registered user register… You get a ton of important links on how to use the SDK to register & create models. It’s a challenging level to achieve for a newbie, but it’s very rewarding.
I’ve tested the z-plane which is the plugin for the Unity3D engine. It’s a very nice plugin to get access to.
I’ve also made some progress on how to get external audio, but that’s not the main challenge right now.
The good thing about this SDK, it’s easily extendable for any project, and that’s the challenge!
If you already know how to code, you will make the transition much easier.

In the following article I would like to share the experience that the Klub 17 had developing the TK17:
ModCoderX didn’t work like a classic Unity3D project, the project was compiled like a windows build: Every time I modify a component, the editor is restarted.
If you know how to build classic Unity3D projects, it’s the same, but you won’t have to restart the editor after each change.
An example of this is the interaction system, which uses the RBS plugin, the engine structure is the same, but you won’t have to restart the editor every time you modify a component.
Every single component has a “Destroy” button which is the undo button when modifying the component in the editor.
So you don’t need to restart the editor every time you modify a component and therefore you will need less resources.
I have learned a lot about classic Unity3D during the development of the TK17: In the following link you can see the evolution of the project.
It’s also a new experience to develop for the Unity3D platform.
The best part was to get the SDK to build correctly for the target platform.
